PRODUCTS

Our products and services have limited quantities. We have made every effort to expose, as faithfully as possible, the colors and images of our store products. We can not guarantee that your computer screen will display colors accurately.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic or jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service of the offer.
All descriptions of the products or prices thereof are subject to any change, at any time and without notice, according to our will.

We can not guarantee that the quality of the products, services, information, or other material purchased by you will meet your expectations, or any error in service may be corrected.

SHIPPING

Once the payment is received, we will send your order within 5 to 15 working days to the address you have indicated as the shipping address in your registered customer account. We will send you an order confirmation email.

Within Spain the shipment will probably take less than 7 days. In Europe between 5 and 10 days. For the rest of the world more or less 15 days.

No shipments are made to Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands due to high customs costs. If you still reside in one of these areas, and you want to place an order, contact Petty Things at hola@thepetythings.com.

No International shippings allowed to PO Boxes, unless Arab Emirates.

FORCE MAJEURE

Events that are beyond the control of PETTY THINGS, and that are not reasonably foreseeable, will be considered a “major force”. Which means that PETTY THINGS is exempt from fulfilling any contractual obligation. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery by suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, prohibitions, etc.

PAYMENT

All products will be owned by PETTY THINGS until payment is made in full. The applicable price is the one established on the date on which you place the order. The shipping, payment and possible VAT is shown before confirming the purchase.
If you are under 18 you must have your parents’ permission to buy PETTY THINGS products.

All transfers made through PETTY THINGS are treated and managed through certified third-party portals to ensure their protection. The information is not stored and all the information is transmitted using the SSL encryption protocol. Read the terms and conditions of the payment portal chosen to carry out the transaction, since they are responsible for transactions made.

RETURN POLICY

Please contact PETTY THINGS before returning any item.

Keep in mind that in the case of vintage materials you should carefully look at the conditions of the material prior to purchase, these may have an imperfection that will not be a condition of return once the purchase is accepted.

It is convenient that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that everything is correct and without errors. If a package is not claimed, you may have to pay a management fee.

You can return the product during the 20 days after the completion of the delivery. The product must be unused. If the product is damaged or used it will not be refunded.

In the return, the client must contact and provide relevant information as well as the reason why the claim is made.

Be sure to include the contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with the tracking number and / or order.

To avoid any customs tariff please write clearly on the package “MERCHANDISE RETURN”.

PETTY THINGS suggests that you obtain a receipt as well as a package identifier when making the return through your shipping service, as it would facilitate the tracking of the return shipment if necessary.

Any charge incurred by return will be the responsibility of the customer.
